Corporate headshots for teams and leaders in Singapore with 146 Google ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reviews!

Corporate headshots in Singapore for your whole team, done in one morning at your office

No more chasing people to a studio across town. Ten-minute slots in your own meeting room, one look for everyone, and every person approves their own photo before they go back to their desk.

We set up a portable studio in your office and photograph each person in ten to fifteen minutes. Everyone sees their frames on a screen and picks the one they like. By the next morning, each person has a LinkedIn-ready photo in their inbox. The full retouched set follows within five to seven working days.

Everyone leaves happy with their photo, or they re-sit free. Itemised proposal within two working days.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team page has a studio shot, a holiday crop and a selfie taken against a lift lobby.

The new CEO starts on Monday. The press release goes out on Tuesday. There is no photograph.

You booked a studio last year. Half the team was travelling, so the other half went at different times and the light changed every session.

Someone tried an AI headshot app. It gave your sales director a different jawline.

You sent four reminder emails. Three people still missed their slot, and one of them was a director.

Elevate your team headshots to its fullest potential. Not tomorrow, but today

One standard for everyone, from the CEO to the newest hire

Studio Zainal & Zainal photographs corporate headshots in Singapore for organisations that need many people to look like they belong together. We set up a portable studio in your office, light it once, and photograph every person to the same standard. Then we write the setup down, so the analyst who joins in March matches the partner who was shot in January.

We are at 14 Robinson Road in the Singapore CBD and work across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Headshots and leadership portraits for Cushman & Wakefield, Ministry of Manpower, Arthur J. Gallagher, National Gallery Singapore and National Institute of Education.

Who books us?

You need a whole department done in one morning, with as little time away from desks as possible. We send a timetable in ten-minute slots and a one-page note on what to wear, so people turn up ready.

HR & People Teams

Marketing & Communications Teams

You need the website, the annual report and the LinkedIn page to look like one company. We shoot to your brand guide and deliver files already named and cropped for each channel.

CEOs & Leadership Teams

You need a portrait that reads as steady and human in a board paper, a news story and a conference programme. We plan for a short window and a nervous subject, because that is usually what we get.

For the person organising the day of the shoot

If your name is on the calendar invite, this part is for you. We do the planning, so you are not the one chasing people.

What we photograph?

  • A young man with brown hair, glasses, and a bright smile wearing a gray suit and white shirt against a white background.

    Team headshots on site

For whole departments, offices and regional teams. We build the set in a meeting room, light it once and keep it fixed for the day. Every file is shot at the same distance, height and crop, so your team page lines up in a neat grid.

  • Portrait of a smiling woman with shoulder-length dark hair, wearing a white blazer and hoop earrings, against a plain light background.

    LinkedIn headshots

For professionals who need a LinkedIn headshot photographer in Singapore and want a picture that looks like them on a good day. Square crop, plain or office background, and a short note on what to wear.

  • Close-up of a middle-aged man with gray hair and beard, dressed in a black suit, white shirt, and dark tie, against a dark gray background.

    CEO and leadership headshots

For board profiles, annual reports, media features and speaker pages. We usually make two looks: a clean headshot on a plain backdrop and an editorial portrait in your own office. A senior portrait takes about fifteen minutes, and the set is built before your CEO walks in.

You work with me directly

I photograph every session myself. I have spent 15 years photographing people in professional settings, and my documentary work is collected by the National Museum of Singapore. That practice is why I pay attention to the moment a person relaxes, and wait for it.

How a headshot day works?

Our promise: Every person approves their own photo before they leave the room. If someone changes their mind after delivery, they can re-sit free at our next team session or open studio within 60 days. We can offer this because each person chooses their own picture on the day, with us beside them.

Recent Headshot Work

The brief was to refresh the portraits of Cushman & Wakefield’s senior leadership in Singapore. Their people meet clients every day, so the pictures had to look current and confident without looking stiff.

We photographed on site at their office. The CEO had two looks: a clean headshot on a plain backdrop and an editorial portrait in the office. Three more leaders had headshots in the same session, on the same setup, so the set reads as one team. A location scout beforehand chose where each look would be shot.

I absolutely love the end results (as someone who typically feel very uncomfortable in shoots) and would thoroughly recommend Zack and come back for more in the future.”

Why Work With Studio Zainal & Zainal

There are many photographers in Singapore who offer personal branding sessions. Here's what's different about working with us:

We don't shoot weddings, products, food, or events. Portraits and personal branding are the core of our practice. Every session benefits from thousands of hours spent learning how to make real people — not models — look and feel their best on camera.

We only photograph people

Our background is in content strategy, editorial, and brand communications. We don't just take photographs — we think about how they function inside your marketing. Which crop works for LinkedIn. Which tone works for your website. Which image works for a conference bio versus a press feature.

We understand how the images will be used

Named clients trust us

We work with organisations including the National Institute of Education, Zeiss, Bridgewater Associates, Workato, Checkpoint Theatre, Temasek Foundation International, Republic Polytechnic, and Mekong Review. We understand how corporate marketing teams work, what marcomm directors need, and how to deliver on a brief.

Frequently Asked Questions About Personal Branding Photography

How much does a corporate headshot cost in Singapore?

1

At our studio, on-site team headshots start from S$1,200 for a half day covering up to eight people, with each extra person from S$70. A CEO or leadership portrait starts from S$1,500. Across Singapore, individual studio sessions start from about S$250, so compare what you receive and how much staff time the day takes.

Q: How should I prepare for a personal branding session?

2

Bring 2–3 outfit changes. Solid colours photograph better than patterns — navy, charcoal, white, and jewel tones work well. Get a haircut a week before, not the day before. We'll send you a detailed prep guide after the discovery call.

Q: How long does a personal branding session take?

3

Between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, including outfit changes and any location moves. Most people settle in within the first 10 minutes.

Q: Can you shoot at my office instead of your studio?

Yes. Many of our best personal branding images are environmental portraits — shot on location at your workspace, office, or a setting that tells your professional story.

4

Q: When will I receive my final images?

Within 7–10 working days of selecting your finals from the online gallery. Urgent delivery in 3 working days is available with advance notice and fee.

5

Q: Can I use the photos on LinkedIn, my website, and marketing materials?

6

Yes. All packages include a standard licence covering your website, social media, LinkedIn, press releases, email marketing, and printed materials.
